Stéphane Hamel helps organizations fix what’s broken in their marketing data. Over the past 35 years, Stéphane has worked with organizations across industries to bring structure to complex data environments. He created the Digital Analytics Maturity Model (DAMM), developed tools like WASP and Da Vinci Tools (later acquired), and now builds solutions like MANTIS to expose how data actually flows across the modern martech stack. Whether it’s a GA4 implementation, a martech audit, or a data governance strategy, his focus is always the same: turn complexity into clarity, and clarity into measurable impact.

He teaches marketing and analytics at the MBA and executive level at Université Laval, training leaders to navigate the tension between performance, data, and privacy. In parallel, he advises organizations and startups on martech, privacy, and data strategy. He is known for asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and making complex systems understandable.
